Delete your account
Last updated 18 August 2026
You can delete your ENFOQ account yourself, from inside the app, without asking
us and without waiting for us. It takes effect immediately.
In the app
- Open ENFOQ and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Delete account and data.
- Confirm.
Your history on that device is cleared first, before anything is sent — so the
data on the phone in your hand is gone the moment you ask for it, whatever
happens next. Then the account itself is deleted and you are signed out.
If you cannot open the app
Write to support@enfoq.co from the email
address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is really
you, delete the account, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and normally
within two business days.
What deletion removes
Immediately and permanently:
- your account and email address;
- your language preference and onboarding choices;
- your entire daily focus history — minutes protected, pauses shown, pauses heeded, minutes regained;
- the copy of your subscription status held for the app to display;
- everything ENFOQ had stored on the device you delete from, including any interruption message you recorded and your protected-app list.
What is kept, and why
Two records survive, and in both cases the link to you is severed at the moment
of deletion — what remains is a transaction, not a person, and it cannot be
traced back to you.
-
Records of purchases. Store transaction records are retained
so that refunds, chargebacks, tax reporting and revenue reconciliation remain
possible after the account is gone. They contain no name and no email address.
-
A Founding Lifetime purchase, if you made one. That offer is
limited to one hundred customers. The record that a place was sold is kept —
without your account attached to it — because returning it to the pool would
mean selling the same place to someone else.
Things deletion does not do
-
It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first, in your
platform's own subscription settings: iPhone Settings → your name →
Subscriptions, Android Play Store → Payments and subscriptions.
Deleting your ENFOQ account while a subscription is active leaves the
subscription billing.
-
It does not request a refund. Only Apple and Google can issue
one, under their own policies.
-
It does not delete records held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat.
Their purchase records are kept under their own policies and we cannot delete
them for you.
-
It does not remove the app. Delete ENFOQ from your device in
the usual way if you want it gone.
Can it be undone?
No. There is no grace period and no archived copy to restore from. If you sign
up again later with the same email address you will get a new, empty account.
