These terms are an agreement between you and GAMC Unchained LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming State ID 2026-001942294), 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415 #201426, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("we", "us"), covering your use of the ENFOQ application and the ENFOQ Focus subscription. By creating an account or using ENFOQ you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use ENFOQ.
ENFOQ notices when you open an application you have chosen to protect and shows one deliberate pause in front of it. You can always continue — the pause is a moment of choice, not a lock. ENFOQ is a tool that supports your own intention; it does not enforce anything against your will and cannot prevent you from using your device.
ENFOQ is not a medical device and is not treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including any form of compulsive or addictive behaviour. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.
You need an account to use ENFOQ, and you must be at least 13 years old to create one. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us at support@enfoq.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account and data. Deletion is immediate and permanent; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed and what little is retained.
ENFOQ asks for Screen Time access on iPhone, or for an accessibility service on Android, because those are the only mechanisms either platform provides for noticing that a chosen application has come to the front. It asks for the microphone only if you choose to record your own interruption message, and for notifications only when you switch a reminder on.
Every one of these is optional and revocable in your device settings. ENFOQ will not work as intended without the protection permission, and it will tell you so plainly rather than appearing to protect you when it is not.
Some features require ENFOQ Focus, a paid upgrade sold through the App Store and Google Play. It is offered as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and — for a limited number of customers — a one-time Founding Lifetime purchase. The price, currency and any introductory or promotional terms are those shown to you in the app at the moment of purchase.
Purchases are made through Apple or Google, not through us. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, and the renewal is charged to the account you paid with. We never receive your payment details.
To cancel, use your platform's own subscription settings — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments and subscriptions on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting the ENFOQ app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, and only they can issue one. We cannot refund a purchase made through a store. If you believe something has gone wrong, write to us anyway at support@enfoq.co — we will help you reach the right place, and we will fix anything that is our mistake.
The Founding Lifetime purchase is limited to one hundred customers. The limit is enforced by our servers, not by the app, and the offer stops being shown as soon as the hundredth place is taken.
Because a store cannot remove a product at the exact instant a purchase completes, it is possible for a payment to succeed moments after the offer has closed. If that happens to you, your purchase is honoured in full — you receive permanent access on the same terms. We will never take a payment and deliver nothing.
"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate ENFOQ, with no recurring charge and no renewal. It is not a promise that ENFOQ will exist forever; see section 8.
Your purchase is tied to your ENFOQ account, so signing in on a new device restores it. If it does not appear, use Restore purchases on the subscription screen, and write to us if that does not resolve it.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why first.
An interruption message you record stays on your own device; we never receive it and claim no rights in it. Everything else in ENFOQ — the software, the name, the design and the written content — belongs to us and is licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use ENFOQ on devices you own or control, for as long as these terms are in force.
We work to keep ENFOQ available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. Support is provided by email at support@enfoq.co; see the support page.
If we ever have to stop operating ENFOQ, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email, and we will stop selling new subscriptions and Founding Lifetime purchases from the moment that decision is made. Customers with an active subscription will not be charged for a period they cannot use.
To the fullest extent the law allows, ENFOQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that ENFOQ will produce any particular result, including any change in your habits or attention.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising out of your use of ENFOQ. Our total liability for any claim relating to ENFOQ is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or twenty-five US dollars.
If you obtained ENFOQ from the App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for ENFOQ or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for ENFOQ. If ENFOQ fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to ENFOQ. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you. Equivalent terms apply to Google for copies obtained from Google Play.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use ENFOQ after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, which these terms do not take away.
